Framework is an eLearning design and development studio operated by Angelica Serratos, based in Nuevo León, Mexico. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide through this website or in the course of engaging our services.

2. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information:
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you send. We do not create user accounts and we do not collect payment information directly — any payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own privacy policies.
Usage data. We use Netlify Analytics to understand how visitors interact with this site. Netlify Analytics is a cookieless, privacy-first analytics solution that collects aggregate data such as page views and referrer URLs. It does not track you across websites and does not use browser cookies or fingerprinting.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your project inquiry or general question submitted through our contact form.
- To send you relevant updates or information about our services, but only if you have opted in to receive such communications.
- To understand how our website is being used so we can improve the experience for all visitors.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate this website and respond to your inquiries:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Formspree receives the information you enter in our contact form and delivers it to us. Please review Formspree's Privacy Policy for details.
- Google reCAPTCHA — used to prevent automated spam submissions on our contact form. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Netlify — provides hosting for this website. Netlify may process limited server-level data as part of delivering web pages. Please review Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.
We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to use your data only for the purposes we specify.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to two years from the date of receipt, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. We retain this data for the purpose of following up on project inquiries and maintaining a record of client communications.
